🇬🇧I’ve been wanting to post this for a while, but 2023 has been crazy at work and with many personal and family crossings that need my attention. In fact, it has been difficult to share “in real time” the things I’ve been doing and experiencing, as well as the reflections I’ve been “breezing”. I’d love to be more active, but I haven’t been able to.

At the end of last year, my Aquarian soul was restless: a good deal of what I wanted professionally was happening or on the way, but I was asking myself “what now?”. It usually goes along with my eternal desire to change, travel, and discover new things. What’s next? What’s my next project?”

Whenever I have an existential question, I throw it at Universo and say, “show me my next step” — and she always answers.

Since the pandemic, I’ve been following Instituto Phaneros (@institutophaneros), after a friend recommended it to me, saying “it’s so you”. This is a community building knowledge about Mental Health and Psychedelics, and, in partnership with major international institutes, it’s proposing a scientific study about it in Brazil. Right after my conversation with Universo, they started publicizing the training in Research in Psychotherapy Assisted with Psychedelics (FoPAP).

And then it came: I started this new challenge of engaging in scientific research on the subject, going back to attending classes, reading texts (mostly in English) and planning my next professional steps based on this experience, like in 2024 I’d like to get my own office that can handle this sort of psychotherapy (at least that’s my goal).

I still have to finish my psychodrama level III (it’s almost done!!!) to prioritize my energy on this, but it’s happening and I’m LOVING IT!!!

This image is from part of the group, during the experiential immersion we had in one of the most beautiful and special places I’ve ever been in São Paulo: Fazenda Sítio Velho (@fazendasitiovelho). I’ll tell you more about it later 😘😘
